How do I find a couple’s wedding registry and how do I purchase a gift? It’s really easy to purchase from Orchid & Grove. To find detailed step-by-step instructions follow this link: How our registry works – guests.

What does it cost for me to purchase a gift off a wedding registry? Other than the cost of the gift (which are all listed at or below recommended retail price) we don’t charge you any additional costs. Our wedding registry service is free for guests and for couples.  We don’t charge any shipping costs or administration charges and gift wrapping is free. We don’t think guests or couples should be charged for using our service. 

I’ve purchased a gift off a wedding registry – why haven’t I received it? Thanks for purchasing from Orchid & Grove.  We will arrange for all of the gifts purchased from a couple’s registry to be delivered direct to them at a time that is convenient for them.  It saves you having to take the present along to the wedding (perfect for destination weddings) and saves the couple having to arrange for all of the presents to be taken home from the venue at the end of the wedding.

Will you gift wrap my present and how will the couple know it is from me? We will lovingly wrap your gift in quality paper with ribbons and a little handwritten note letting the lucky couple know that it has come from you.  Large bulky items are a bit different as they are typically sent direct from the supplier and we will send a separate handwritten card with your message letting them know who the gift is from.

I’ve made a contribution to an item – how does that work? We allow couples to add any items from our range as “contribution” gifts so that the cost can be shared between guests.  We think this is a great option for large ticket items.  We’ll wrap the gift in the usual way and will let the couple know who contributed (and how much) by attaching gift cards with each guest’s personal message.  If the full value of the gift is not met the couple has the option of topping it up themselves or using the value of the contributions to purchase other items off their registry. 

I forgot to include a personal message when I completed my purchase: No problem! Just email us at orchidandgrove@outlook.co.nz and we’ll arrange for a handwritten card to be included with your gift so that the lucky couple know that it has come from you.
